The Pharmacy First Service was launched on July 29th 2020. This service replaces the Minor Ailments Service and uses an approved list of medicines that can be supplied under the service. The list can be accessed here
The Forth Valley Formulary is maintained by the Forth Valley Area Drug and Therapeutics Committee and is available as individual chapters in PDF format below. Content is updated on a rolling basis following New Drugs Group meetings.
Note: We are currently in the process of reviewing Formulary sections and amending the layout to bring it in line with the new BNF structure. Whilst this process is continuing you may notice that the numbering of some Formulary sections are out of synch. and the order of sections may be different to what they were before.
