Application Form for PCR User Account (updated May 2021)
PCR Version 16.1
The PCR has been upgraded to version 16.1 and contains three main updates:
- The ‘care needs assessment’ has been renamed ‘Stage 1 Medication Review’
- The introduction of a ‘Stage 2 Medication Review’ which is not currently being used.
- The introduction of a new question relating to the patient’s suitability for serial prescriptions
