PCR V13.1 – Update

On 18th July 2018, a change was made to the criteria for the ‘CMS registered patients with initial care needs assessment not completed’ report.  The report will now display all records where a patient is CMS Registered and does not have EITHER the initial care needs assessment completed or the initial assessment complete date present.

This will help to determine ALL patients who require an initial care needs assessment , including those who didn’t have the initial assessment complete date present in PCR Version 12 before the upgrade on 4th July 2018.
